What is included in a weekly cut ?

Weekly cuts include 1) Mowing of front and back lawn 2) edging 3) weed whacking of perimeter 4) all weeds weed whacked of sidewalk cracks , apron in the street and driveway and 5) all hard surfaces blown clean. 

Are turning over of the flower beds included with the weekly cut? No, their will be an extra charge to turn over the flower beds and remove weeds from the beds on a weekly basis. 

What towns do you provide service for?

Hicksville, Levittown, Bethpage, Farmingdale, Plainview, Syosset (south of Northern state parkway) Massapequa (North of Sunrise Highway)

How is invoicing done?

All invoicing will be done completely online. There will be a store card on file feature on top of the estimate that will be sent out to you before any work is started. All cards will be charged once per month for services provided and a receipt will be emailed to you. 

Do you accept checks, PayPal, Venmo or cash ?

No we only accept online credit card payments. You will need to have a card on file before we can service your property. 

Are you Licensed and insured?

Yes we are completely licensed and insured. You are more than welcome to request a copy of all licenses and insurances. Our Nassau county License number is #162301. We are only licensed for Nassau County we do not provide service for Suffolk County or Queens. 

How can I get an estimate ?

Please text or email your full name , email address (if texting), house address and indicate what services you would like. You will be emailed a proposal within 24-48 hours. Services that would need to be seen in person are a neglected yard that needs a cleanup , bush or tree removal and any planting jobs. 

When does the season start and when does it end ?

Our season begins the middle of March and finishes Dec 23rd. Weekly maintenance will be the third week of April right up until Thanksgiving.  

Do you offer snow removal?

We currently do not offer snow removal but please give a call anyway ! We will be happy to refer you to someone that can help you.

Do you require a yearly contract ?

No we do not require a yearly contract. You have the freedom to cancel anytime you'd like.

Do you offer Bi-weekly mowing?

Yes we do it will be an additional $20 for bi weekly mowing. If for example your property is $30 weekly it will be $50 for bi-weekly.
